Terms of Service
Last updated 8 September 2026
These are the terms for using Devign. They are short on purpose. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Devign does
You connect a Figma file, and Devign produces HTML, CSS and images that reproduce the frame you chose, along with a measurement of how close the result is. You can download the code, share a preview, or publish it as a page.
Your account
- You must be able to enter into a contract in your country, and give us a real email address.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself.
- One person per account. Team accounts will come later.
Your designs and your code
- Your designs stay yours. You must have the right to use any design you convert; we cannot check that for you.
- The code Devign generates from your design is yours. Use it however you like, commercially or not, with no attribution required.
- You give us permission to read your Figma files, store the data needed to convert them, and run our software over it. That permission ends when you delete the project or your account.
What you may not do
- Convert designs you do not have the right to use.
- Publish pages that are unlawful, deceptive, or harm other people.
- Try to break into the service, overload it, or use it to attack others.
- Resell access to the service itself.
If you do, we can suspend or close your account. We will tell you why.
Plans and credits
Conversions use credits. Each plan includes a monthly amount and a daily limit. WhileDevign is in early access it is free. When paid plans start, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, and you can cancel at any time; we do not refund partial months. A conversion that fails because of a problem on our side, or because Figma was unavailable, does not use a credit.
Accuracy
We measure every result against your design and show you the number. We aim for a pixel-exact match and we tell you plainly what stopped us when we fall short (for example a font we cannot load). We do not promise a particular percentage, and the code is provided as it is. Check it before you ship it.
Availability and liability
Devign depends on Figma and on our hosting providers, and any of them can be down. We do our best to keep the service running but do not guarantee uptime. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending things
You can delete your account whenever you like by writing to us; we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end the service or change these terms with 30 days’ notice by email.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Questions: avielwork11@gmail.com.
